Terms of Service

1. These Terms define the conditions for using the 'Life Velocity' service provided by Urban Generation ('the Company'). 2. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Those wishing to register must agree to these Terms and apply using the methods prescribed by the Company. 2. The Company may refuse registration for reasons it deems inappropriate (e.g., past violations).

Users must not engage in illegal acts, acts contrary to public order, interference with other users, excessive server load, unauthorized access, or cooperation with anti-social forces.

1. Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or the respective right holders. 2. Copyright of content posted by users remains with the users; however, users grant the Company a free, perpetual license to use such content for the operation, improvement, promotion, and AI training of the Service. 3. This license includes publishing anonymized content as success stories or case studies. Users agree not to exercise moral rights of authors in this regard.

1. While the Service aims to support goal achievement, it does not guarantee actual results or success. 2. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI analysis results or advice. 3. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages.

1. Users represent and warrant that they and their officers are not members of organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. 2. In the event of a violation, the Company may terminate the Service and the contract without notice. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from such termination.

In the event of a business transfer, merger, or company split, the Company may transfer its status, rights, obligations, and user information to the transferee, and users are deemed to have agreed to such transfer in advance.

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice. Changes become effective once posted on the Service, and continued use constitutes agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
